We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We will strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible, while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kendall Louise purchases! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kendalllouise.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
